MEET HANNAH

ORIGINS
Hannah grew up in the Green Mountains of Vermont. The youngest of three daughters, she had a mother and father who ran the family owned business out of their home. With her love of family and Vermont, it made sense she stayed local for college and graduated from Castleton State University as a Communications major with a degree in film.
At the beginning of college, keeping pace running between classes, soccer practice, a social life, and visiting home often, she discovered coffee. And not only coffee…but her love for coffee. The culture and community that came along with her new favorite beverage inspired her. It was at this time, that the dream of owning her own coffee shop one day was planted.
SPROUTING
After many cross country moves and having begun her family, Hannah rooted down in the Greater Portland Maine area at the end of 2020.
In July 2023, she excitingly took the leap of faith and opened Reverie Coffee Trailer. She and her husband Dylan worked for hours converting an old horse trailer into a coffee shop on wheels. Hannah and her friend, Kylie, worked hard all summer long meeting and connecting with people that stopped by for their daily caffeine.
In September 2023, Hannah found out she was pregnant with her second daughter. While she absolutely loved working at the Coffee Trailer, she knew chasing her toddler around as well as her growing belly, that Reverie needed to expand into something more. She set her sights on her very own brick and mortar store.
The concept of Reverie Coffee House
was born.
HARVEST
In January 2024 Hannah opened Reverie’s doors at their Maine Street location right in the heart of Brunswick. It has been a whirlwind ever since. With great vendors and exceptional employees Reverie prides itself not only on a good cup of coffee but creating relationships with whoever walks through the door. Reverie’s Coffee House Brunswick is small and mighty, quaint and festive, intentional and explorative.
PLANTING
Our goal at Reverie is to not only create a good product, but to build and foster community. Human connection seems easily lost these days. We pride ourselves on having created a space for people to feel welcomed and have good conversations.
Strangers become regulars,
who become family.
The seed that was planted a decade ago has grown into more than Hannah ever imagined. She is excited to continue planting and harvesting and replanting Reverie Coffee House in the seasons to come. And she hopes you can be
a part of it along the way.

“I love that coffee brings people together.”
